Granite Radiance TX, Inc.

They installed the granite throughout my entire home, then I didn't hear anything from them for a few weeks. Found out that the installer and the salesperson were let go and no one bothered to follow-up to see if my job was complete (which it wasn't). I called the owner and he said he would have someone come out and finish it, but no one ever showed (over a few more weeks). I ended up reaching out to another granite company to finish the job. Probably didn't help that I was going thru radiation treatments while experiencing this issue. I would never use this company again, nor will I recommend them to my clients.

Carlos and his team were great to work with from start to finish. I used them for a small bathroom remodel. The quartzite counter top they installed is gorgeous, and they did an especially good job matching the veining from the counter to the backsplash, which I was not expecting. Nelson, their tile installer, is the best I have ever worked with - meticulous and a perfectionist. The finished result is so beautiful. They started the job earlier than I expected and finished their portion within a week. They are very reasonably priced as well.

Only complaint is that a piece of backsplash tile broke off while countertop was being installed and they did not replace it with the extra piece I provided them. Other than that, they were professional and did a great job with my new granite.

I wanted a granite counter for a small niche in my dining area. I tried several fabricators but no one would touch this job because the space was small. Jose said they could do it. We were able to select from a good variety of remnants. Jose made sure we had the most interesting section of the remnant. The turn around time was quick and the price fair.

Wonderful experience which is rare in the Austin remodel market. Not only did Carlos show up on time for the estimate but the estimate came fast and the work was completed on a Sunday (work done within 9 days of estimate)! This was super convenient as I did not have to take time off of work to monitor the work. The crew protected our home very well during the installation. Only minor issues were they way over estimated the tile I needed, they left the door open all day and the tile dust from cutting the tile blew in and covered everything in the house and finally they filled up my recycling bin with garbage from the project. Nothing that should discourage you from hiring this excellent company. I would definitely hire them again. The resulting stacked-stone around our fireplace (25 ft high) looks excellent. We are very happy with their work.

Only had estimate given work done next week

These guys were great! Came out very quickly to provide a quote and were able to turn the quote around on the same day. Installer came a few days later and did a wonderful job. The company followed up several times throughout the process to ensure we were satisfied and were kept fully informed about the process. All in all, I would highly recommend them to others.
