Granite Rocks, LLC

I gave Granite Rocks a deposit of $600. Although I received a receipt for the work, Granite Rocks never fulfilled my order. After calling and attempting to get the work completed or a refund, Tony of Granite Rocks still has yet to keep the terms of the contract. Granite Rocks is very unprofessional and does not care about its customers and does not want to provide the best possible service to its customers. Please stay clear of them and support other reputable small businesses.

Took a deposit of $500.00 and never came with our granite. Be careful. Will not answer calls. Voicemail is full. Set an appointment to install and never showed up.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Vacant Warehouse With No Signs ON Building! Tony, is awful. He took my granite over a month ago along with a down payment of $350. He stopped responding to my calls and text messages. When I did reach him by calling from a different number he said he would be dropping my counter tops off Friday which was 2 weeks later. He never showed up and once again no replies on to my text messages or call backs. Once again I call him from a different number, and he answered and said that one of my counter tops were broke, and he had more granite in stock that I could purchase. Tony then sent me pictures and I made my choice. Tony said he would be out to do measurements and make a template. That was on October 11th. Tony never showed up or responded to any calls or texts until my wife left a review on a review aggregator site. Tony then calls and says he will not give us our granite, or our money back because we left a bad review. We will be taking Tony to court. We were scammed by this guy. Please do not make the same mistake we did.

I could not be more satisfied with the job they did. Tony was very much hands on. He was easy to talk to and very informative about the product. He and his crew were very professional and the counter top was installed perfectly. Tony was not pushy, his estimate was spot on and once we set up the installation date, he was punctual and thorough. The amount of time he estimated it would take to install the counter top was almost exact to the moment. Not only would I contact him for any future jobs I might have, I would definitely recommend him and his company.

The old counter top removal was swift and done without damage to walls or cabinets. The new granite tops were professionally installed and placed, no gaps or damage to the walls. Each piece was precisely measured and fit. The difficult narrow piece under the kitchen widown needed a deft touch and required a great deal of attention which it was given. Having worked on a hundred years house with many different contractors for many years, Tony and his crew were a joy to work with and the results were better than I expected.
