Very professional.Confirmed that any severe rainstorm could have caused the problem but did caulk around a pipe to be sure. Hopefully thgis corrected the problem and they told me if it did not to please call them .

Terry Grant was very responsive, gave me a reasonable price up front, and completed the job two days sooner than he said he could. I would not hesitate to call or recommend him in the future.

Grant came out to give a quote and was very helpfult in describing the best approach to take with our repair issue. Grant then came back out on the date and time scheduled and went right to work. They worked very deliberately, professionally, and were very willing to explain what they were doing and why. Fortunately for us our rook leak was not a large project. I would not hesitate to call Grant for much larger projects in the future. They will be the first I call if we ever need roof repairs again.

They were quick to respond, offered to do the work immediately for a lesser fee then if they had to return. I did have to ask for them to change a shingle out because it didn't match and was right at the entrance of my home. And I had to call for the paperwork and warranty info, after they did not get it to me as promised by Monday. But I did have it by Tuesday afternoon after I called. I would recommend them.

I am very pleased with Terry Grant and his entire crew of 9 men who arrived at the scheduled time and worked superbly as a team without using bad language or grumbling. Everyone was pleasant to me and respectful of my property. After 10 hours of roofing they removed all debris. This company knows how to work efficiently and treats their customer with the kind of service consumers deserve. I have referred 4 neighbors already and will continue to pass Terry's name to others. Grant Sheet Metal was very professional in all aspects of the repairs. They were very helpful and went above and beyond when we had a 2nd round of storms do more damage. My only suggestion would be to offer a bit more communication if things aren't on schedule. Other than that, I would use them again and suggest them to anyone needing contract work.

My overall experience was decent. The actual work that was done was done properly and suffeciently... The clean up was up to par. But like I said, the work was done good!!
