I really liked their ideas when we planned the remodel. The workers were hard working and very nice and respectful. I had multiple projects done by this company including a powder room, laundry, hallway, ceiling, backsplash, full basement update with full bathroom and addition of egress window. I love the updates on my house. If I need further updates done on my house in the future, I would not hesitate to call them.

Short Version: If/when we have to do another project, we wouldnâ t hesitate to hire GTC again and have recommended them. Very pleased with the experience - end to end. Longer Version: The Grant Thompson team did an exceptional job on our Kitchen Rennovation and several other related updates in our home through the first 1/3 of 2022. From the beginning, they expressed enthusiasm for our job and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience with everyone involved in the project. We felt like a top priority to the Grant Thompson team, the communication was consistent and clear. Chris, Tina and Dan paid very close attention to delivering what was important to us and made several great suggestions on details we had not considered that were ultimately incorporated and look/work great. They even went out of their way to pull in an HVAC company (in the dead of winter) on very short notice when we needed help installing our new boiler - a side project that wasnâ t even initially scoped for our renovation. I could go on. Ultimately, very happy we went with GTC and weâ d hire them again if/when the need arrives.

We are in the decision process about countertops, appliances, backsplash, etc. So it is difficult to make evaluations. So far we are on schedule.

The workmanship is really good!

They did a bathroom gut and renovation for me. They did a wonderful job and once they laid out the schedule, they stuck to it. Like any reno there we issue along the way (additional demo, additional lights, scuffing to walls, etc) but they addressed each issue promptly and professionally. We ended up slightly over the initial estimate but they were fully transparent when there were cost adders letting us know right away. They constantly made sure we were getting what we wanted and did not push us to just get the job done. I would recommend them and would use them again for future renovations.

Grant Thompson and his crew did a very good job and attention to detail and finished better then we thought I would recommend Grant and Chris for any project of any size very prodessional

The remodel was done efficiently. Grant and his project coordinator (Chris) were professional as were all the people they contracted with. If there was a problem it was handled and corrected immediately. We are very pleased with the finished product.

Grant followed thru with everything he said he would do. He got everything finished in a timely fashion which was important to us as I am having a knee replacement this Thurs. All the people he works with are great and most especially Chris. I am sure we will be asking for their help in the future. Sue E. Appleton

Grant did everything he said he was going to do. All of the people he worked with were professional and timely. The estimate he gave me is what the bill was when the project was completed. We will use Grant in the future if the need arises.
