I told them that the problem was probably the ignition controller and gave them the part number. Their technician came out, verified that it was the ignition controller, charged me $90.00 for that then told me he had a different controller that would work. He was here about 30 minutes and charged me $450.00!! I looked up the part and it cost 80.00 on Amazon. Plus 90.00 for the diagnosis $170.00. That leaves $280.00 for 15 minutes work to install the part! Thats $1120.00 an hour!!! He called the office and they would not reduce the price!

New homeowners. First time experience with buying a new ac unit. Matt and Susanna answered all of our questions and returned all phone calls within a matter of hours. We interviewed 4 companies. Grant's works with multiple ac companies so we didn't feel beholden to one brand. They were the most reasonably priced without being so cheap that we felt that we were going to get inferior service. They told us the same things the more expensive companies said and came in $1000 cheaper than the people who only sell carrier and Lennox. Our ac unit is installed and working great. So far very pleased with service.
