I appreciate this company coming out and giving us a free estimate. He was very accommodating and flexible to meet our needs. However he changed the total price after the work was done and claimed it was because the front was added, although we did a walk through together on both front and back before he gave me the estimate. The difference was quite a bit more than the estimate he gave us. I would have went with another company if I knew he was going to charge as much as he did and feel he should have told me the new estimate, prior to starting the work. I would not recommend this company due to his unclear and dishonest practices. Maybe our experience was a fluke, but I still expect honest and open communication if an estimate is going to change to be able to make an informed decision.
