I was being charged for things I told them I did not want done. They were charging me to come out again and do things that did more damage to my system and charging $500 each time. Never have I felt so taken advantage of.

I will post exactly what I sent to them after they screwed up my installation and then charged me for the repair. I will never use this company for anything ever again. This is the very first time I have ever felt compelled to write a bad review of a company. This bill, and your subsequent COLLECTIONS LETTER, are both fraudulent. You were correcting your own mistake. You had my wife sign something while I was not there. Thereafter, it was agreed that you would correct your errors at no charge, and now you are charging me for it. You never sent me a bill, by mail or email. Just a phone call demanding payment two months after the work, followed by a collection notice. I was harassed upon our initial opening this year, demanding payment. When you found that the error was on your side, you entered my address wrong. Each person that I spoke to in your company office was rude. I asked Mel to have your manager contact me to discuss the situation. Instead, you sent a cowardly collection notice. I am paying the balance, and this will be the last year I ever use your company for anything. I will be posting reviews of your performance. When you come back to perform the shutdown, I will make plans to stand by your technician the entire time to make sure they do not screw anything up or intentionally sabotage my system. The only positive thing I will post is that the 2nd technician you sent, Joaquin P, was professional and did a good job, unlike the 1st technician, Tyler, who did a poor job that you later charged me for. I work in sales service, and I would never treat my clients this way. You now have one less thing to worry about.

Jason Williamson was here tonight to adjust my sprinkler heads - he even replaced one! Now ALL the grass is getting watered! Jason did a terrific job!

Jason did an excellent job of diagnosing a problem of not enough coverage of one of my sorinkler heads by adjusting water amount and replacing another head I did not realize was not functioning properly. Great guy!
