I found this company here on home advisor. I scheduled a call and an estimate once both occurred costs were talked about. Apparently, I misunderstood that this company wanted an even fifty dollars a mowing to mow and trim my yard which is miniscule compared to the massive yard I previously had, which I paid thirty for each time. I haven't complaints about the service provided, the yard looked just fine however I was told at 741 am via text they would be at my premise in twenty minutes. I work nights, had been asleep for less than three hours when the mowers started. Wouldn't have been that big of a deal but as parking is limited I park in my back yard. I text the individual from the company, a twenty min heads up was unreasonable as I work nights, though I had mentioned over text I had returned home late after the first mowing, suppose he expected a full run down of my personal life and schedule, as he went on to blame me for my lack of communication and the entire ordeal being my fault, more specifically their company, "having no time barriers." Seems counterproductive to ask a customer to schedule a time, whence established, to berate the customer for assuming a time was already scheduled. The gracious reply after telling them I didn't require their services again was, "Sorry about that. That's our working time." When asked to schedule a time for the first mowing, needing it done asap, I said whenever works for you, was between nine and nine thirty that day, apparently assuming they'd come back around the same time, which would have given me time to sleep and move the cars in a timely fashion, was absolutely heinous?

Very professional. Explained how they work and offered several different options to complete the job. Eager to please the customer and followed through with phone calls. Can work with or without you home, I found it a very pleasant experience and plan on using them again. They were able to set the appointment quickly. Friendly and personable. Neighbors commented how nice the yard looked. Did a walk through as soon as they were finished to be sure we were completely satisfied.

Not only did tDavid mow (doing an excellent job each time) but he took care of the fallen leaves and snow removal when that was needed> GREAT year round service. Always courteous and prompt, if he was going to be late or needed to set a rain date~ I got a call! Great job and service for the money!

Dave has taken care of the additional maintenance (fertilizer, weed prevention, aeration, over-seeding...) of my lawn for the last few years. He has done an excellent job, and my lawn looks great. Excellent communication, and always planning for the next step.
