"We do not appreciate the non-honest review. You submitted a request to have your project reviewed approx 4 months after installation. We dispatched company staff & turf vendors to your location and retrieved soil samples in which it was consistent with our compliance of complaint procedure. We escalated your complaint in which we responded to you via email, text messages, and telephone calls. We did not avoid you. We tested the samples via Clemson Extension and that of our turf vendor/supplier which both yielded negligence on your part for failure to water your lawn properly. We understand your frustration but please understand that when you"
"Hello, we would love to address your concern. However, we never received a call concerning an issue with your lawn which has been installed over a month ago. There are many factors if your new Sod is not taking root like drainage, wrong turf type which was provided by client, over watering/under-watering, etc. Our telephone number is (843)607-0693 and email is grassmasters_sc@yahoo.com. We stand behind our work so please remove this negativity when clearly quality and excellence in customer service was extended 100%."
