Excavation - Major Grading or Resloping
Grass N More, owned by Kale Barch, misled us about their business and project abilities. Kale admitted to mishandling project funds for his own use and blamed the main contractor for withholding the project funds. He convinced us to drop the main contractor, sign with him, and pay more, but still didn't deliver. Since September 2024, he has blamed delays on money, equipment, and labor, then stopped communicating, missed appointments, and ignored our calls and messages. Kale?s contract was unfair; he refused to sign a revised version. He also took paid materials from our property without permission. His team often worked while high or drunk. After researching, we found others had similar bad experiences. Now, our property is damaged and needs repairs by someone else. Kale took 80% of the funds on a nearly six-digit budget. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON
