I highly recommend using Grass Roots Irrigation to install and maintain a lawn sprinkler system. The total cost was very reasonable at about $4000 for 6 zones, 28 sprinkler heads, and a wi-fi controller that is managed on my cell phone. My home is over 100 years old and needed plumbing work and coordination with the city water department to meet water pressure regulations. Grass Roots managed all of this at no extra cost. This definitely a 5 star company to work with.

They went above and beyond to test my well, to make sure it could handle a system. The communication aspect of the job was top notch.The work was very clean especially just getting my lawn done. I will definitely recommend them to whomever comes my way.

NO, Called for service to have 2 Irrigation Sprinkler heads replaced NOT 3. Josh Reed, one of the partners says that I said OK to the 3rd Head replacement. I took $10 off the bill for the Unauthorized 3rd HEAD and Joel finally returned my additional call to speak to him and he was swearing and threatening me with various verbal threats. DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with them. ESPECIALLY do NOT NEED The threats and swearing coming out of Joel's Conversation..

The owner of Grass Roots Irrigation Services, Josh, returned my call promptly. He arrived on time to give me an estimate which was less than I had expected! He was able to install in a timely fashion to accommodate for a newly seeded lawn. He kept me informed on what to expect as he was installing. Was happy to see the cleanup was done exceptionally well, unlike some other contractors Iâ ve had. His tutorial on how to navigate the irrigation system was extremely easy to understand. Everything is working to perfection. He was professional throughout the entire process I highly recommend this contractor

I received quotes from multiple companies to irrigate my lawn. I have well water and this is the only company who contacted the well company to verify that the well could sustain the water usage. Luckily they did! Josh was easy to communicate with and returned to move some sprinkler heads after the driveway was installed further back than expected.

If they could go with my old provider fees of $75, I would like to become a long term customer
