My project was to have my flower bed in front of my house extended and redone. They did an excellent job of extending the flower bed and the border that they put around the bed. They only added soil in the flower bed extension. Nothing was done to the original part of the flower bed. The bed is not high enough. It has no curb appeal at all. When I asked to have my flower bed redone and extended the assumption on my part was that they would redo the entire flower bed not just the extension. Ask to have Lavender put in the flower bed and they put in some purple flower that were not even lavender in color. I am quite dissatisfied with the finished product. They need to document ther jobs better so they have a clear understanding of what the customer wants.

"Ms. Creer, I am very sorry that you is dissatisfied with the service in particular to the labor but your complaint was that you thought mulch would be all inclusive to the service but unless ask for I have no way of knowing if you want river rocks, mulch or something else. I should have did my due diligence and suggested it. The bed extended out and up two the edge of your porch with 4 inches of soil to a 8 inch high bed as requested. New soil amendment is level with preexisting foundation. I Also suggested to take out your original border plants so as to not subtract from the appeal of the newly planted border flowers. Soil addition is not needed but only where it is deficient. The two understandings we had is you wanted low maintenance perennials and budget saving price. On the day of service you ask for non amount specific any type of Lavender plants, yet after viewing and subsequent installation you stated you ask for tea making Lavandula so I offered to replace them at no cost. Even now, I will replace them no cost if you request this within the first twenty one days. However, there will be a material cost fee to properly prep the flowers. Allen worked with me to meet my schedule. Did a great job with the leaf and debris removal. Worked very non-invasive and diligently. Took great care around the flower bed, to not damage the flowers. Given the amount of debris hidden under the foliage it took a little longer to complete the job than estimated, but Allen honored his original estimate.

Mr. Rowe and his crew arrived on time and did a great job of cleaning up 3 years worth of leaves. It was a challenging project and they were careful with the shrubs and cleared all the leaves and sticks from the yard. I would Highly Recommend them and will hire them again.
