I would like to tell - donâ t hire this company to do any type of job. They came to my building, got paid for cleaning and installation of bird guards, and simply didnâ t finish the job, with 3 attempts. Completely untrained, unqualified and most important completely unsafe.

Made appointment for a Thursday at 1:30 PM. Received voicemail at 1:45 saying that they were late and would contact me 45 minutes later for a new time. They did not call. I called them and they said they would not be able to come and if we could reschedule. Rescheduled for next day at 10:30 AM. The new appointment time came and went with no word from them at 11:00 AM I left them a message to cancel the service since they are unable to keep appointments. Only then did they text me saying they were 10 minutes away. I texted back to tell them to forget it and that I would seek a different service provider. Obviously unable to keep appointment times and failure to communicate when they are going to miss an appointment. Not sure how they received so many 5 star ratings. Makes me doubt the veracity of ratings on Homeadvisor site.

Avier was outstanding - a consummate professional. He resolved a backlog of debris left by birds in our dryer hose in the roof of the house and got our system working properly. Great service. Highly recommended.

We had a blocked dryer duct that involved several hours of strenuous, complicated steps and our technician went above and beyond to fix the problems in a safe, clean, knowledgeable and professional manner. I would highly recommend him to ANYone who needs this service!

Avier Salter was great. Quick response to my request was the best part! He did a thorough inspection, quickly figured out the problem and cleared out my dryer vent and did minor replacement repair. All of that was done in about an hour and a half. We also had a great time chatting with each other as he worked. I was also happy to receive a phone call about the service likely needed and he explained the exact costs that might be applied. Please use this company if you ever need duct cleaning!

Comprehensive service delivered professionally and thoughtfully.

Fantastic service all around. I initially called them just to clean out the dryer vent, and they were very reasonably priced for that. However, upon inspection, they found that the dryer vents had not been installed up to code, and presented a serious fire hazard. It took a couple of days for them to come out, but they were able to diagnose the problem, address the concern with the code violation and fire hazard from the previous duct installation, and resolve the problem. I appreciate it being kept up-to-date and informed throughout the project about the nature of the concern, the timing to resolve it, and the cost. It was unfortunate that what I thought would have been a small job turned into a much larger project, but it was one that needed to be addressed. Grateful Dict did a phenomenal job, and I’d highly recommend them for jobs both small and large.

While cleaning our dryer vent, they discovered the vent was not properly connected and was posing a fire hazard. Our builder never connected it correctly and there was an accumulation on lint within the wall. They were able to schedule and complete the repair quickly. I cannot say enough great things about Grateful Duct Cleaning Services. They are honest, punctual, reasonably priced, friendly, and extremely professional. We need more contractors in the world like them!

Had dryer vent cleaned along with dryer. They seem to do a more comprehensive job than other services without charging much more.

Our experience was excellent! Arrived in a timely manner, listened to our issue, gave us an estimate after fully explaining what he was proposing and how it met all codes. Once he had go ahead, completed the job in a very professional manner. Tested it to be sure it was functioning properly, cleaned up everything. We recommend this company without any reservations.

Excellent service, they explained step by step all of their work. Pricing upfront. Professionalism at every step. Cleaned every thing after their work and even fixed a dent in my dryer that I had put in it after trying to do the work by myself previously. Would definitely recommend them! They came back to repair my ductwork! The builder had compressed a duct reducing the air flow. They repaired the duct. Excellent work.
