I needed someone to come look at an overflowing downspout and tell me what needed to be down to eliminate the flooding. He came out for a reasonable fee, found that I had thick mud of sand/dirt/leaves in the bottom part of my downspout and the entrance to the drain. He cleaned out the clog and tested it. It was all clear. I really appreciated his thoroughness. Good Job!
