Lethon from Gravity Drain Services was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable of the work needing to be performed. He was prompt with responding to my request for a quote for sewer drain camera with a follow-up call immediately the next morning. He was able to schedule a visit quickly, arrived ahead of the appointment and certainly met my needs. He allowed me to watch the camera screen and followed up promptly with a video of the sewer line. I will be using their services again and highly recommend to others!!

Lethon was amazing! We called him for a second opinion after another rooter company told us we were going to have to spend $5K to install a clean-out in our yard. Lethon not only managed to clear the clog (after the first guy failed to do so) - he also located a clean-out in our yard that we never knew existed! Would highly recommend Gravity Drain. Lethon The owner came to clear out our main sewer line. Mini plumber said that it needed to be snaked and he said no it didn t. He guaranteed that they will be cleared or we would pay a thing. I had a sewer drain pipe back up into my basement so I posted on HomeAdvisor. I then began calling plumbers on Google but everyone was closed as it was New Years Day. Lethon from Gravity Drains noticed my post and called me immediately. He was very thorough over the phone in diagnosing the problem. He discussed his experience, how he plans to fix the problem, and how much it will cost. A lot of the large companies are more transaction based and not as transparent but Lethon put my mind at ease. He came out first thing the next morning, explained what he was going to do and executed. The job was complete in 30 minutes after cleaning the drain and running a few tests. He was prompt, thorough, and trustworthy. I’d recommend Gravity Drains to anyone experiencing plumbing issues.

Leython Bayne was our service guy. He was punctual-courteous-professional. He located the problem & worked hard to resolve it. All while doing it,outside, in the pouring rain. A dedicated employee.
