Norm and Geno (owners) provided excellent service and guidance throughout the 6 week project. Their crews were very responsible while left unattended during the remodeling process. The craftsman of the work completed was excellent and we were very pleased with the outcome. And lastly, they were always available to address any questions/concerns throughout the project. Accordingly, I would highly recommend their services for any type of remodeling of a home.

Love my completed project, which consisted of adding a complete extra room as my office space, add additional room to my current closet and completely redo my patio space! The results are spectacular! My new office is open with natural light complete with sliding door to the patio, and barn door access to my existing rooms, my walk in closet has doubled in size and now has full built-ins, and my patio is more open, allowing more versatility and completely paved. Gray Breads entire team was wonderful to work with. From the initial drawings to the finished project, they work with and for you, never making it seem like a chore, alwasys seeming to enjoy what they do! New elevation drawings were created each time I changed the scope of the project and they did it with a smile. From drawings to finished project, they communicated with me on a regular basis. They are professional and friendly and their completed work is top notch. I have received several comments that you cannot even tell my new rooms were "additions" they look like they are part of the home from the start. Their insight and creative ideals ensure the finished project is even better then you imagined. Their friendly professionalism, their open communication, staying on schedule, reasonably prices, and detail to attention are some of their top qualities. We recently completed a two bedroom plus bathroom addition on our home. It was a bit of a bold project as we knew that the only way to add on to our three bedroom house would be to cut a hallway through an existing bedroom. Also, the addition would have to be located on the front of the house, completely affecting the facade of the home and forcing our neighbors to deal with very visible daily construction. Our house is an older one, with dark woods and a Spanish Revival style; it was important to us that all new construction blend seamlessly. Gray Beards met all of our expectations and worked with us to create a beautiful addition to our home. We were involved in all aspects of construction, from the initial design with Gray Beardâ s architect, to choosing all the finishes to fit our style. Our neighbors commented on more than one occasion that they were impressed at how neat Gray Beards was, hosing down the street to eliminate dust and taking time to clean up after daily work was completed. When something didnâ t go as planned, as can be the case in the building process, Gray Beards always addressed our concerns and quickly remedied the issues. The end result was total perfectionâ from intricate tile work, to our preferred richer stain palette, and a facade that looks as if it were always meant to be there. On the inside of the house, we cannot tell where the original house ends and the addition begins. Gray Beards also worked with us to create a beautiful office out of the bedroom through which we cut the hallway. The whole construction process (from ground-breaking to completion) took about four months and we couldnâ t be happier with the end result. We now have an addition that doesnâ t look at all like an addition, but a beautiful space that completes our home and most importantly, gives us the space we really needed.

We hired Gray Beards to build a family room with a deck on top of our (then detached) garage while connecting everything to the main house and bringing it under one roof. It was a very challenging job site considering that our house is hillside. In addition, they did a complete remodel of our laundry room and bathroom. Norm and Geno were completely dedicated to our job and are clearly committed to doing excellent work. They were completely involved the whole way through. Any issues that came up were addressed promptly and thoroughly - even after the completion of the project. Amazing customer service. They weren't the cheapest bid we received, but their estimate was spot on. No hidden costs. No surprises. I recommend Gray Beards to anyone wanting honest, capable contractors for your job!

I found Gray Beards here on Home Advisor. There reviews were astounding. We interviewed them and knew right away we wanted to hire them. They had great ideas and we could tell they knew what they were doing. We signed a contract and 4 months later on a major (Gut) renovation we are totally happy with the outcome. There promise to us was that we would always her told of any costs as they were incurred and no extras would be dropped on us at the end of the job. That is exactly what happened, there were NO unexpected charges on the final bill. The work was high quality. Randy (who was great) our project manager was in touch with us almost daily..There were no surprises. When we did hit a few minor bumps, they were rectified immediately. We had NO conflicts with Gray Beards during the whole process. I would highly recommend Gray Beards Construction. High ethics abd work commitments. We hired Gray Beards after observing the quality work they did for our neighbor's room addition. They replaced our roof, resurfaced our pool , repaired walls and painted the interior of the house and our cabinets, took out old tile and carpet and replaced with new, and had stone laid on our wall to the fireplace. We are extremely pleased with the quality work and the great attention to all of our needs and concerns. We have already recommended them to many of our friends and neighbors.

I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with the work from Gray Beards Construction. We had Norm and Geno give us a quote on our kitchen remodel because they had done work remodeling a friend’s kitchen and my wife was impressed at how well it turned out. Geno and Norm dropped by talked casually with us about what we were looking for and then provided us a very fair quote a couple days later. Theirs wasn’t the lowest of our 4 bids but it was very competitive, but we went with them since we’d seen some of their work. Demo started a couple days later (as per of the schedule) and they passed the baton over to Randy to run the project. Randy provides us with a high level timeline on what was going to happen and about when it would happen. We did come across a couple of surprises, but nothing these guys couldn’t handle and they made adjustments on the fly to keep our remodel effort on track. It was hard to envision where we actually ended up (due to a couple of unforeseen curveballs), but our final kitchen was better than we had initially envisioned. All the work done was of the highest standards (Randy made sure of that!) and Norm, Geno and Randy were easily available anytime something unexpected came up. I would highly recommend these guys “they are easy to work with, fair and genuinely care that their customers are happy with their end product. We hired Gray Beards after finding them on Home Advisor. We knew nothing about them prior to this. After deciding the details of our project we left the state for three months while they did the remodel on our entire home. We completely put our trust in them and they exceeded our expectations! Everything turned out perfect and we our thrilled! They were fair priced and professional in every aspect of the project.

My wife and I finally decided to do some major renovations to our 30 year old home which included a complete master bath remodel and an 8' x 30' addition to our master bedroom. I contacted two major remodeling businesses to meet with us and get project estimates. One never contacted me and after meeting with a representative of the other, I just get that the individual was too interested i our project. I used Home Advisor to get some additional Contractor names and I found a listing for Gray Beards. I contacted Norm, Geno and Marty at their office and Norm scheduled a time to come out to the house to discuss what we had in mind. During the initial meeting Norm and Geno listened attentively to what we envisioned and they immediately got to work taking measurements and eyeballing the areas that we wanted the work done. We received an estimate soon afterward which was comparable to what the other company had given us. The minute I met Norm and his crew, I felt that this was the company to go with. The numerous positive reviews in Home Advisor and the excellent rating by the BBB help make my decision an easy one. The work was completed in a timely manner and the results are absolutely stunning. The addition looks as if it was always part of the original home build. The bedroom and bathroom remodel is absolutely beautiful. We added a large walk in shower, relocated our two sinks, the toilet, added a large walk in closet, an office area including a desk and cabinets and a sitting area as part of the master bedroom. We also removed all the carpet and installed ceramic floor tile in all the bath, closet and bedroom areas. As an after though, we had them replace four additional windows in or home. All the work was completed professionally and with minimal intrusion by the subcontractors working on our home. Toward the tail end of the Job, Randy was assigned to work with us in completing the project. He was so very accommodating and easy to work with. I can't say enough about the knowledge and professionalism exhibited by each member of the Gray Beards Team. Our remodel was exactly as we envisioned and we are certainly happy that we chose Gray Beards for the job! We already identified additional jobs at our home that we will definitely ask Gray Beards to help us with. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a company that really cares about quality, craftsmanship and professionalism.
