Their first job was to replace some high light bulbs and that was completed. hey gave a quote for the second job that was scheduled twice, but they never showed up.

They showed up on time for the estimate, for the installation of the manual transfer switch/panel. They also installed an additional ceiling fan. Cleaned up work area and they were very professional. I would use again for an electrical project or repair.

Quickly came out for an estimate on installing two 240V outlets in my garage. The quote was very reasonable so I scheduled for a few days later. The guys came out right on time and finished the job very quickly. The outlets work great and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely hire Gray Brothers Electric again for any future electrical jobs around the house.

Came out to give an estimate in a timely fashion. Flexible all around with how to get the work done, including payment options, and discussed different designs with us. Knowledgeable of the code and pointed out something in the architectural drawings that needed to be changed. Answered emails. Updated little detail in the contract quickly when I asked about it. Scheduled a time to do the work relatively quickly, including the permitting. I am a little out of the way and they did the hour drive without a complaint. Came and did the job in a timely fashion and were courteous and professional. Now that the panel is upgraded they are coming back to do more in the kitchen just a few days. When I'm ready for the bathroom they will get another call. Great team, great work.

Replaced a ceiling fan, and a wall mounted screenporchlight. Replaced ballast in flourescent fixture. The pro who was sent was timely, friendly, informative and actually helped me save some money. Office person was extremely helpful.

From the initial call for a quote (answered call); appt kept and arrived on time. The quote process was very through and most informative, friendly and professional. Once acceptance of the quote the contract was set and no surprises or hidden changes were presented. The process was explained, the work project date kept and completed within specified time. Never had such an important project run so efficiently as this one did. I highly recommend Gray Brothers Electric, LLC without reservation.

I hired Gray Brothers Electric to investigate a problem with our garage door opener, and another duplex outlet and two light switches that all stopped working at once. He was professional, found and fixed the problems in less than 45 minutes. He also took the time to explain exactly what was going on. I will definitely be calling them again when the need arises. I hired Gray Brothers Electric to install a light post in my front yard. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves. The electrician was imformative and did an Excellant job. I will hire this company again if I ever need more electrical work done. They may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

started with a bad meter can. upon farther investigation part of the breaker box was bad. these men went out of there way ran down got the extra parts and had the job done in record time. it took the inspector longer to come back and they stayed there until every thing was done and my power back on.this is a huge thing to me as my wife is handicapped and needs a breathing machine. i would HIGHLY recommend gray brothers elec. any time. they also do not try to upsale you.
