John came out, provided a clear quote for a garage door opener, explained the pricing upfront, and got the job done. The work itself was great, but one small thing that stood out was John’s straightforward approach and he didn’t charge an extra fee just to come out and provide a quote, which is something I’ve experienced with other companies. Honest professional, and hassle free service. Highly recommended.

John came out to check out my garage door problem. I didn’t know what was going on with it and why it would not open. John quickly identified it was a broken spring and replaced it in an affordable and timely manner. John inspected my door and saw a couple more things with problems and suggested it so we did them to prevent future issues. John was not pushy and gave me options to choose from. Informative, fair priced, easy to work with, and overall a great experience. Would happily hire Grey Duck Garage Doors again and highly recommend to anyone.

I woke up to my door not working, got JR out to my house and not only did he do a great job diagnosing I needed new springs, he was very knowledgeable about preventative work I could do make sure my door doesn’t go down again. Great communication, great pricing for the value I got. 10/10 100% my door guy!!!!
