The fact that Grey was able to help me, I appreciate it. because in the town i live in they dont really do that type of work. He was on time, courteous, and on time. I want to use Grey for my septic tank.

Called yesterday & was prompted to text info.Immediately contacted & set up time to come today.Contacted with earlier arrival time. Both men were friendly & asked questions. Was able to fix half of the problem & let me know what was next step.
Only negative was I was not told of $70 mileage fee prior.With the high amount of fees paid I would hoped that would be waived.

This is a very professional company in every way. Kept me informed as to their arrival time, carefully spent time searching for the exact line and problem, updated me all along the way. Found the problem and advised me on how to get it resolved since it was not something in their line of work. Went ahead and pumped out my septic tank so it would not cause problems in the near future. Would hire again.

Gray septic... was one of the best company's i have delt with. During a ruff time. My leach field was failing and ground water was back felling my septic tank. They quoted a price and told me before hand to be prepared i was nervous to hear the final qoute. The quote was much higher . After the job was complete He saved me about 2k on the entire job thanks logan and the rest of the guys at grays. I Would recommend GRAY SEPTIC to any one 5 ☆☆☆☆☆
