I have used Mr. Gray's cleaning service for a couple of weeks. As with any new service, there are things that need to be discussed and talked out. There are kinks that need ti be worked out. I found Mr Gray to be attentive to my concerns and needs. His team is always very respectful and are willing to work with me. After the first visit there were a few things that I was not happy with, i.e. streaks on mirrors, dirt pushed to the corners on kitchen floor, and forgetting to vacum the steps. I called Mr. Gray with my concerns. The next time his team came, they brought a different mop to use on the hard floors. I was asked to check what was done to make sure it was to my satisfaction when they were finished. Louise is in charge of the team and she is fantastic. She makes sure that I am satisfied. Before the holidays, she removed, washed, and put back all of my glassware in my china closets for an additional charge. She also completely cleaned my refrigerator inside and out for an additional charge. I think the team does a good job on my bathrooms and kitchen. They shake every rug and vacum all my carpet and wash all my hard floors. They are very trustworthy and respectful of the things in my house. The only thing I disagree with Mr. Gray on is an extra charge for inside my microwave. I feel that should be included in cleaning my kitchen. I am working on convincing him of that. Louise is willing to vacum my living room furniture, when I ask. His prices are fair and negotiable. Communication and mutual respect are the keys to a good working relationship. As long as Louise continues to run the team that cleans my house, I will stay with Mr. Gray's cleaning service once a week. Remember no one is going to clean your house as well as you would do. However, if you communicate to each other what you are not happy with, things can be worked out. As long as Mr. Gray is willing to work with me, I will continue to use his services.

I wouldn?t recommend anyone to use them, they came and cleaned apartment I owned and there were streaks on the floor...you can see people footprints on the laminate floor. They didn?t clean what I asked them to clean and than the cleaning crew don?t know how to price...so no, I won?t be using them again!
Response by Gray Service's: I am very sorry you were unsatisfied with our performance. I personally did a walk around with u when the job was complete and also told u things that were damaged and needed to be replaced. You said u were satisfied and never asked us to clean the hallway outside of the apartment because we would have complied willingly. And you were told inside of the stove and fridge were upcharges that u agreed to. We had to wait till the next day to get paid which was an inconvenience, driving to ur site to pick up a check that was shorted upon agreed amount.and had to drive back out to receive Additional payment.
