Work was done quickly and professionally.

Gray Skies Irrigation came to my home, and gave me a quote, and I paid him part the fees $350.00 out of $1025.00, and he did the work and it was fantastic. I called home back in Oct, he then gave me a bid of $1400.00 for another project after he was about 3/4 done with that project, I again asked him for a bid on another project, and his estimate was $2000.00. I gave him a check for $1000.00 and that is the last I seen of him. I left voice mails and text messages and I got no replies.

Communicating is very poor. I hired Gray Skies initially to get my system working properly. After several callouts, he convinced me that I needed to run new wiring and replace controller box. $900 cost. The job was done poorly and 2 out 13 zones were not working due to mis-wiring. Mr. Gray said it was a bad zone valve, but actually the zone wiring was not connected. After 2 weeks of trying to get him to return to fix, I gave up and hired another person who fixed it in 2 hrs.

We hired Charles Gray to fix and adjust some sprinkler heads as there were dry spots and wet spots. He came and did a reasonable job. He said he warrants his work for 1 year and it was printed as such on the receipt. There were still one overwatered spot I discovered after a couple of weeks. I sent a text and he said he'd come by the following week. When that didn't happen, I sent another text and he again said he'd come. Then he stopped responding all together. And now I see he's no longer listed on homeadvisor. Do not believe any good reviews you see
