Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
Tom was very professional and able to work with my schedule. His team did fall cleanup (leaves and gutters) and trimmed several medium to large trees on my property. In addition, they removed a very large bush and ground down the stump. Everything was done in one afternoon and was done well as far as I can tell (I'm no expert when it comes to trimming trees). Great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

My request for tree removal was fulfilled in a very professional manner. Tom Gray's crew did the work at the appointed time and left the area immaculately clean. The price was very competitive. I will definitely hire them again when I need additional outdoor work done.

Interlocking Pavers for Driveways & Floors - Install
I was first upset that the price went from 1800 to 2800 because he said that he had to charge cubic feet not square feet which he did not initially say and sounded like he was making up to get more money, Then, when the the people that he had do the driveway for him did the driveway he obviously did not tell them the dimensions that he and I had discussed because it was the wrong shape. I should not have paid him in advance because when I spoke to him about the issue he said "well the driveway is done now". He mentioned that having the cement truck come out a second time to finish the job THAT I PAID HIM FOR would cost too much.

My finance thought he was a expert in waterproofing.. while he did a great job and dug everything out by hand with a shovel.. we quickly learned.... He was no waterproofer.. I contacted service majic and got instant service. Tom Gray called me back within 1 hour of contacting him.. AFTER hours.. We orginally contacted him to do a haul away of the waterproofing dirt...... Tom , showed up 2 days later.. and basically saved my sanity.. Hauled away and dropped off waterproofing gravel... then changed his schedule to help my finance finish the job! THE SAME DAY! Project COMPLETED :) We will use Tom for any upcoming projects.FOR SURE

Landscape Minor Grading or Resloping Service
Gray's cut down a big maple tree, did a brick paver porch, did minor grading/resloping. I regret I hired this company, they had no respect for me or my property.They parked their trailer in my front yard and not once did they ask me if it was ok, they left food containers and bottles in my yard that I had to clean up. Broke my fence. Cut down tree WITHOUT getting city license, even though he told me he would. I was calling this guy daily, to get this job done, most days it would only be 1 or 2 guys out there, working only a few hours, I didn't get the color pavers I wanted and my grass looks a mess front and back. I feel I was over charge.

"this is not true this job took three days customer wanted eveything free we did no damage and customer was happy when we left and we had four days rain customer thought we could turn off i have pictures that job was nice when we left this is not how we run are business at all"

It took several calls to finally get him out to our house. Several times Thomas Gray said he would call back, he never did. As for the cleaning the debris, he didn't clean it all up. He left a pile of debris which included dirt and small wood pieces. It took my husband and I 6 garbage bags to clean it up because it was too heavy to put it all in one bag. They did a good job of getting all of the deck but not the small stuff. Very disappointed.....

"this custopmer is wrong we i returned calls and left another job to help them clean up the mess out side there trailer cause they were about to be evicted from there mess and she told me 5 yards of waste we sent a truck and it was about twenty yards i still kept my price just had to wait for bigger truck and far as what was left was old garabge were not trash men and she wrote a bad check anyway"

He did a good job, but he failed to take into account some of the challenges in taking down such a large tree. As a result, his initial quote was too low and had to be revised upward. He also failed to respond to a couple of follow-up calls for rescheduling.

Called immediately. Good response and rates. Polite. cut some weed trees away from wires and some large trees. Didn't cut the weed trees down to base or roots, that was a disappointment, but were friendly and helpful.

I am very pleased with my experience with Gray's Outdoor Service. The price quoted me was very reasonable for the amount of work that they had to perform. Thomas and staff showed up early to start the job, they worked continuely throughout the day and the clean up process was extremely satisfying. Would highly recommend them to family, friends and anyone who is in need of service and I will definately contact them again if needed. Gave me a call right away, even on Labor Day, stated the price but because of the job taking longer than planned had to raise the price by $50.00 They took very good care of my new storage shed and dropped it right where I wanted it. Very professional

I went to ServiceMagic and by the time I closed your window I had received two phone calls from the companies you sent me!!! I chose Tom because he was very nice on the phone and gathered all the information to know exactly what I wanted done. Just by chance he had an opening that day!!!! Tom and his crew were very considerate and had my stuff hauled away in no time. I will always call Gray's for any service I need in the future and will recommend him to all I know. GREAT JOB TOM.
