Tom Gray was professional and polite, and offered competitive pricing. The installation was performed in good time - when Tom was notified that the installation was not performing as expected, he promptly returned for adjustment (no fee). I would use his services again and recommend him to others.

Tom is a real gentleman. He opened my drain, fixed the leak in my shower and gave me useful advice all for a very fair sum. I highly recommend him!

Very honest and above board. I could tell by his personality he was some one I could trust and who was being very truthful in everything he told me. He went out of his way to explain every detail and didn't treat me as just a stupid person who wouldn't be able to understand the mechanics of what he was going to do. He gave me all the options for what was needed and let me make the choices I wnted. He actually helped me with things that weren't part of his job. Such as carrying in extra 50 pound bags of salt that I bought and putting it away for me. He took all the old equipment away and disposed of it. He also helped moved stuff around. He was just very open, honest, and very enjoyable to meet and to talk to. I give him 110 n experience and personality!

Tom was very helpful with the whole thing. Upon my request he made special arrangements to show up early. He made a perfect diagnosis of heating elements gone bad in our water heater. He replaced broken elements and had our water heater fully functional in around two hours; that includes a 30 minutes drive to get the parts. Tom is a true expert of his domain. I highly recommend Tom and would definitely use him in future.

I appreciate the fact that he was very kind. He helped me with my needs and made some good suggestions. He gave me an estimate and I told him I would think about it. He was honest and understanding. When I hired him, he set a time to be here and stuck to it! Low and behold I had a new hot water and finally some hot water!
