Jarrod came out and gave an estimate, explained what was going on and answered all my questions. He then was able to come pump my septic the next day. He again showed me stuff inside the tank and continued explaining the system. He gave me ideas to keep the dirt away from the risers which was a concern of mine. He gave me 100% confidence in him and his abilities.
