It was like having family around. They were the best! I have had bad experience with plumbers. This team put my mind at ease. They are honest and hardworking and I will never use anyone else.

This was a complicated sewer problem which is still not solved. Grayson dug under back porch, replaced broken sewer tiles and re-cemented area that had to be removed. Front of basement became wet following their job and they were made aware of it. They had no time to address it and I am still trying to find someone who understands what is needed. l

The y were not knowledgable could not even find the catch basin to sewer rod. My husband had to show them where it was. They were careless with my home ripping off the electrical outlet that was in their way instead of unscrewing it and sawed-off my sewer basin cap unnecessarily. They also left a big mess and did not clean up all the water I paid them to drain. They overcharged and told me additional work was needed that was not to get more money out of me. When my husband would ask questions the plumber was rude and would talk over him. He prodded for 30 minutes and said they could not get through and could not see with the camera because it was underwater. He wanted to dig up. My front yard to get to the clogged pipe and would not tell me if that would fix my issue. I ended up calling in another plumber for a second opinion. They fixed the problem, cleared my sewer line, and showed me where the clog was they had to work out on the camera. Grayson plumbing is a bunch of unknowledgeable crooks. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I recently had a kitchen sink clog and sump pump issue. I nailed it by hiring Jeremy and his team. Jeremy, was friendly, efficient, helpful, and most importantly very knowledgeable. He make sure to explain with detail the issue. His service was cost effective, fast, courteous and definitely solved the issues. We definitely will call them again in the future.

After the debacle with the previous company, I did another inquiry with Angi and Jeremy called me 2 minutes later! lol He was so nice to me! I explained to him what happened with the other company, I explained to him what was going on with the situation, and he immediately talked to me about what he would do and how it will be handled. All I can say is that my situation was handled in one day when I thought it would be days. I wasn't at home at the time, but my husband was and he kept me in the know about everything that was happening. From the first step to the last, it was a great feeling. The feeling was one of being understood and not made to feel like what I say or feel doesn't matter. I am definitely keeping their number in my phone. Very excited that I have a plumber's name in my phone! LOL Thank you Jeremy and Grayson Sewer for your professionalism and friendliness!!!

Good person did the work.

I had a sewer clog that blew the lid off a sewer pipe adjacent to our house and waste/debris was strewn across the yard. I called a well known company and got an estimate from a well-known plumbing company. It just didn't feel right and wanted a second opinion. I'm so glad I contacted Jeremy at Grayson Sewer and Drain to discuss my situation. He was quick to identify concerns with the approach a competitor was going to take and came out to my house within a day to camera my sewer line and provide an assessment. I needed to replace rotting and clogged clay pipes and also a catch basin. Jeremy's price was competitive so I hired him. I thought this job would take weeks; rather, it took just a few days. Jeremy quickly responded to my texts and he and his crew showed up on time, worked hard, were friendly and professional. I ***HIGHLY*** recommend Grayson Sewer and Drain Services.

Made a bad experience tolerable.

They came in for a sewer clog and discovered that I had a collapsed sewer line. They gave a great price, worked fast and did a great job. Would highly recommend to anyone.
