I have built homes in the past , and since acquiring the Professional Realestate Inspector license , I have conducted over 400 home inspections . I have a community give back program to reward people in our community that keep us safe , or support the fabric of our communities to the positive . If you are a teacher , first responder , veteran , nurse , active duty military , you get a 15 percent discount off the price of your home inspection . If you are a first time home buyer , you get a 10 percent discount off your home inspection . Discounts can not be added up , only one discount per inspection . Prices start at $295.00 up to $450.00 . Prices are based on the square footage a house is . Thank you for your business
