Great Care Lawn Service

I hired Great Care lawn service to perform some over seeding in the fall last year - the communication was a little bit off but their service technicians were able to walk me through my questions. However they were late to provide services but I decided to give them a second chance. I received an email during the winter to pre pay (over a thousand dollars) for spring and summer lawn care. I had thought my pre payment would translate into great care as their name suggests. I was wrong - the lack any form communication were late on numerous treatments. I have now attempted to emails them 7 times to get my last treatment refunded as it was never performed. I would strongly not recommend this company
