Great Care Lawn Service

I hired Great Care lawn service to perform some over seeding in the fall last year - the communication was a little bit off but their service technicians were able to walk me through my questions. However they were late to provide services but I decided to give them a second chance. I received an email during the winter to pre pay (over a thousand dollars) for spring and summer lawn care. I had thought my pre payment would translate into great care as their name suggests. I was wrong - the lack any form communication were late on numerous treatments and if anything my lawn got worse. I have now attempted to emails them 7 times to get my last treatment refunded as it was never performed. I would strongly not recommend this company

He does great work! He's unique in the industry, in that he keeps to his word. He's reliable and trustworthy.

Fast excellent work, low price

This was a heavy yard clean up job. It included trash buried under leaves, broken glass from about a dozen windows kids had entered the yard and smashed, as well as two different piles of rocks. Andy was totally thorough. The granite had become somewhat settled into the ground so part of it had to be dug out. I looked out because of the noise and saw him working hard to remove it all. The pile of smaller rocks were frozen and unmovable. We made arrangements to have him return in spring. I was impressed by his work ethic. I felt Andy went above and beyond the call of professionalism .

Andy did a fabulous job. Did exactly what he said he would do and did it perfectly. He also ended up working in the pouring rain which I felt was going above and beyond the call of duty. He is a very nice person, too.
