Cesar was great. He scheduled our consultation quickly,showed up on time. He was very thorough explaining what he would provide. Once we hired him, Cesar came immediately to measure and make the templates for our kitchen counters. He even made window sills from our slab material that we purchased from The Yard. Once the countertop was made which only took 2 weeks,he came and did the install. Now my daughter is have her kitchen redone and I recommended Cesar.

Service was completed within time frame I was told, quartz counter top fit like a glove, tile back splash done, and it all looks great! Work done with attention to details.Would highly recommend this company!

Had our cabinets in the kitchen replaced. Interviewed other businesses but Cesar was the most professional and understanding. He didnâ t try to up-sell me and provided me with recommendations based on our budget and needs. From the time he accepted the job, Cesar maintained constant communication, had the measurements, and the cabinets installed in about a week which was fantastic. He did all the work and provided the material of our choice. The plumbing came at an extra charge but it was well worth the hassle. The quality and the craftsmanship is superior to most other jobs Iâ ve seen. We will be contracting him to renovate our bathroom sinks.

Customer service needs to be improved. The quote kept changing and increasing. They pretended to offer value-added services, but then they added costs to pay for these services. The countertop work was very good, but they left drywall holes that I needed to patch; this does not seem very professional for $3.5k. Plus, we bought the material ourselves, with the intent of saving a little money, and we ended up paying more.

Beware! Purchased 5 slabs of granite from Arizona Tile for our kitchen and bathroom. After kitchen installs Caesar (owner of Great Concept Enterprises) informed us that the kitchen used all the granite and there was only a small 2 x 2 piece left. Very convincingly telling us that the rest had crumbled. Shocked we expressed to him that there should be almost 2 full slabs left over, he adamantly looked us in the eye and said sorry no there is none left. Caesars business is a small set up, he runs it out of his home even though he gives a different address. We drove by his home and could see our granite (full slab) in his backyard from the roadside. We contacted police where he blatantly denied to them that was our granite until we showed proof of our receipt from Arizona tile with the same serial number on the granite in his yard. Ooops, Caesar. We contacted the Registrar of Contractors who now has a pending case against him with the State of Arizona. Please beware, he is a fast talker, slick, and an artist. It was honesty disturbing watching him trying to divert when he was caught blatantly stealing. Please take note that there is another review on here where it looks like he pulled the same.

They did a good job on installation, but I do not recall them letting me know they would not reconnect plumbing. I had to do it myself.

The end result was beyond my expectations. It was actually a fireplace surround made from a large leftover man made composite (expensive) material. They took the piece, cut in 4 pieces, edged and polished, brought to the hose and installed it over a poorly executed sheetrock job. Came out looking like it was all one piece. TERRIFIC!!

true professionals with fine workmanship. The slab for the kitchen was cut so perfectly that there were no seams needed. One piece only! They did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards and the thickness and quality was beyond our expectations. The price was exceptional.

Cesar was great to work with. He quoted us a great price, and worked with us to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. He showed up on time, and the job was done quickly and professionally.

I purchased two slabs of quartz--one was 3" thick; the other was 2" quick for two small bathrooms. Caesar and his helper did the work on time and it was quality workmanship. However, they claimed there wasn't enough of either slab to do the backsplashes. What I realized later is that these guys sliced my slabs in half and kept the other half. There was plenty of the remaining slabs to complete my job. I feel that I was cheated.

Ceasar from Great Concept Granite was very professional; our job consisted of replacing countertops in 3 bathrooms. Ceasar was always available if I had any questions and I picked our quartz slab from the supplier he recommended. Ceasar and his crew worked very clean and tidy (which I appreciate). My bathrooms look amazing with this upgrade. Great job!

They showed up when scheduled. The work was done when they said it would be done. The quality of work and professionalism was outstanding. The cost was reasonable.

Cesar did faulty workmanship. I had cabinets installed which were level (photos and witnesses to prove) and ready to go. Cesar cut into the drywall to mount the countertops in place and in doing so, made cuts 3/4 of an inch off. Instead of cutting again for the right level, he was stressed and had another job to get to and, without telling me, unscrewed my custom LEVEL cabinets and raised them! He then stood in front of his work (in the spot where he raised the cabinets) so I didn't see while I admired my kitchen and paid him the cash (which he insisted on after he had picked up my purchased quartz). After he left, I noticed what he had done along with another area where he cut a small piece out of my quartz to go around the door trim because he measured wrong. He raised my cabinets and now the entire countertop is unlevel and it is visibly noticeable. When I contacted him about this, he said my cabinets were not level and blamed them on the cabinet installer. However, I have had another installer come and it is Cesar's work that is unlevel. It is also likely that, because he glued onto the tops of the cabinets, that removing the quartz to fix this will now ruin the custom cabinets I had installed. Because of the visible unevenness, I cannot do a backsplash because the "lines" are so far off due to the unlevel countertops. Please know, Cesar will also change the terms on you (cash only) too. Beware if you hire this guy. He even had the nerve to ask me to do this survey! As far as I'm concerned, he shouldn't be in business because he is not forthcoming and when confronted, he lies. I wonder if the IRS knows he practices "bait and switch" and makes you pay cash and holds your paid product hostage until you do so?!

I found Cesar of Great Concept Granite while searching internet for someone who will be willing to come for a rather small job and repair numerous chips and long ugly scratch on our granite. I am so glad I did. I called him, set up time for appointment and few days my granite was like brand new. Not only he repaired chips occurred on the edge of the counter top in the area where pots and pans being put in the cabinets for storage, he also repaired corner of the granite which was broken while it was fabricated. It was glued together but was very visible and noticeable. Every time I touched it or looked at it, I was thinking there got to be somebody out there with a magic hands. Cesar was that one! His pricing was very fair.The work was completed in just a few hours. I highly recommend him. If you have chips on the granite stop looking and call Cesar, you will be glad you did!

Very responsive in the beginning but forgot about our initial measuring appointment and he was a few days late in installation.
