"Our technician is highly skilled in the irrigation industry. This customers irrigation system had cut wires within the soil resulting in zones not working. At the time of repair a wire tracer and valve locator was not available to us but constant communication between the office, technician and client was maintained. Our technician spent 1.5hrs on the said repair and a bill was never submitted so we are not sure where the added expense came from? especially when the issues were partially resolved. We intended on returning to satisfy the requirements."
