Poor attention to detail: 1) The spelling of Imagine is different on the business card; 2) one screen was not properly reinstalled resulting in it blowing off and away from the window the next day; 3) the compressor tripped the GFI, and wasn't reset, resulting in items in the freezer in the garage thawing and the sprinkler system not going off the next day; 4) a large dirt streak down the side of the house; 5) the app from HomeAdvisor, despite efforts on our part (including calling their HA help line didnt set up for a couple of hours, necessitating our paying cash and it still shows we owe money. We do have a receipt from them.
