Called me right away after my post requesting help, squeezed me into their schedule the same day, followed through and did what they said they would do with excellent customer service. Willingness to work with us, took the time to figure out and complete the job in the most professional manner, and were quite gracious and helpful throughout. Please do not hesitate to use us as a reference should you ever need to do so.

I found these people on Thursday thru Home Advisor...I needed a fast turnaround. met on Friday and our job was completed in 4 hours on Sunday. This was a wallpaper job. Very clean, neat, efficient and respectful of our home. I hope to use them again.

When they showed up they were such a help.they left as friends.They gave me sound advice on how to save money and stay warmer & safer.

I am not one to typically write a review; however, I must in this case. If anything else, realize that there are a ton of other quality and better run handyman services than this one. Why take the chance with these guys. Note ... I am not recommending another company - I am writing this as a BUYER BEWARE. They did one small project well for me. I then hired them for a project in early July 2019 in which they were to be done by the end of July. It is now November and they are still not done. After literally 12+ promises broken, excuses, asking for $ for gas mid project, etc. I have now been forced to hire a different contractor to complete the job. They broke timing commitments on a daily basis, they left my driveway and yard a mess (never cleaned up as they worked - ever), feel asleep in my backyard (not kidding), made mistakes often and when resolved them made things worse. Left their tools and garbage at my house from July until last week (where I cleaned them up and plan on keeping them at this point). The only thing that went well is I was smart enough to only pay for 1/3 of the project on the front end and will not be paying for them the rest. Again, unless you hold onto your $ until the entire job is done; I would highly recommend finding someone else as these guys should not be in this business. Paid the company $1,200 on August 20, 2019 and still have not had the work done nor has the company contacted me despite many voicemail messages that I have left with them. SCAMMERS!

Hired Great Job to assemble a new gas grill. Greg was very, very responsive and flexible. The job was done in a thorough & efficient manner. I strongly recommend Great Job Home Pros for handy man services!

I was visiting Rochester to meet my new grand baby and spend time with my daughter and son in law. We purchased a freezer and didn't have a way to get it up three flights of stairs. We contacted multiple companies but Home Pros contacted me IMMEDIATELY, worked with us to set a time, fit US into THEIR schedule and were timely and so professional. Greg and Jim were not only professional, courteous and on time they were funny and enjoyable to be around. I would recommend them 150 TIMES OVER. They even gave us advice about purchasing an item for the freezer that the place we purchased it from didn't. GREAT JOB GUYS! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP!

Jim was a great guy to deal with. He didn't try to push to have other things done. I highly recommend Jim!
