Deck or Porch - Repair
I hired them to tear out old deck and install new deck using Trex material. My issue is he tore out old deck but when he installed new deck he did not use pressurized wood for the joists, and when I brought that to his attention he would not change out the non pressurized wood for the pressurized wood so I fired him. I paid for all material and half labor. I either want all the material delivered to my house so I can hire another contractor to install or I want a refund of the extra amount I paid.
