Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair
Called Metelski in the evening on the weekend. They came out very quickly. Very professional, friendly, and attentive to the problem. They are a locally owned company. Highly recommend Metalski for any plumbing or heating problems.

We contacted Great Lakes on a Friday, they came out Friday afternooon and WELLA we had heat. The Serviceman was couteous, polite and appeared to know what he was doing. We will definately be calling them in the future when we have a furnace problem! Of course, we haven't seen the bill yet but barring the fact that it is totally unreasonable, we are happy campers!

Central A/C - Install
The Technician was first class. He solved a problem that two other local companies either could not solve, or were not happy that we had purchased appliances from each of them rather than exclusively from one, and did not want to make a service call. I discussed our experience with two guys the other day and one is adding Great Lakes to his list to use when the need surfaces. Thanks for the great recommendation.

Our furnace was acting up. The outside temperature was supposed to drop to 20 below. We called Great Lakes Plumbing and heating because of the customer reviews online. They sent an extremely knowledgeable serviceman, Zac. He studied the problem, discoverd its origin and quickly fixed it. This serviceman is the kind anyone would welcome into their home. Excellent Service with a smile and due respect are far and few between these days, Great Lakes has hit a home run with their employee, Zac. Thanks, Jean Poupard

Gas Piping
The owner met my husband and spent a lot of time with him discussing our heating needs - for which he didn't even charge him as our heater was very old and not fixable. He is very smart and we learned a lot about geothermal heating systems which we will be seeking his advice in the future when we update or build. We were impressed with his company.
