Pete, PuroClean Of Evanston, initially came to our house to see the situation, mold in our basement. He ruled out some areas that I thought might be mold, and focused on that which was mold. The mold had occurred because on water leakage into the basement; he provided some recommendations I could do to help alleviate that. In a few days later the crew came. They killed the mold, and followed by painting over the the area where the mold had been using a mold-resistant paint. I am very satisfied!

We had a flood in part of our home after a heavy rain, followed about a day later by the smell of mold. I contacted PuroClean of Evanston. Pete and Michelle arrived within a few hours and worked through the evening: testing carpets and walls, explaining their work as they went along. I found them to be professional, efficient, and personable. Turns out the problem wasn't as serious as I had feared, meaning they are also honest. I was lucky to have found them.

Pete and crew were a pleasure to work with. They were very nice, had a high attention to detail, and communicated with us all along the way which was of upmost importance to us. This was a big project for us and if was very stressful as new home owners but they made us feel like we were in good hands from the start. Would absolutely recommend!
