I called after my previous lawn service failed to show up, my property was a mess. Jim, owner of Great Lakes Services came out for an estimate. Immediately hired him to begin in a couple of days. Much to my delight, he came back within an hour, in spite of other family commitments, and not only started my job, which is a very large project, but completed most of it. Will return tomorrow or Friday for completion. I cannot say enough good things about this man or the excellent quality of his work. I hired him and his company as for on going service.
