Great work.

Sometimes it takes a little bit to get ahold of anyone through the app to coordinate dates and scope.

Super happy with the patio they installed in our backyard. It was a quick and easy process from start to finish and very affordable.

They just completed our patio and walkways. Just waiting on them to be sealed. Do far we are very happy with the work.

I contacted the company and told the man that responded that I would not be home the day he was planning to come out. I told him he should still come by and contact me with his estimate for cutting my lawn. He texted me with a good estimate and I accepted. He told me that he would not be able to do the work until the following week, because he also poured concrete, and they would try to catch up on that work after the rain we had been having. He told me I could contact him via the number listed in the text, but he would call me later in the week to let me know when they were coming. I got no calls/texts from him after that, so I called and left messages at the number he gave me and several text messages. On the Friday, I looked the company up to see if I could get another number and found one. I called that number and spoke to the owner of the company. She told me that they were in an area where there was limited cell service, plus the number he had given me was actually their number to connect to Home Advisor and that he should not have given me that number. She did not even know that he had contacted me. She made no offer to try and contact him and see what he had planned for me or no effort to help with my situation, but just made excuses for him and blamed me for not calling her number earlier and Home Advisor for their system. At that point, I told her I no longer wanted to work with them and canceled the deal. In short, this company is unreliable and people should avoid working with them.

Jose responded quickly. He came out, reviewed the job, quoted a fair price and and scheduled the work. He arrived on the scheduled date and completed the work to my completed the work that day to my complete satisfaction. Great young man to work with.

One guy was on the job and was very knowledgeable. Told me the problems and repairs needed and quoted price. He gave me a senior discount. He accidentally forgot one board replacement and he came back the next morning early and finished that installation. Personable and comfortable to be around.

Quick to return calls. Came out quick. And did a great job

Jose and his crew are all very polite, very professional, with a great attention to detail. I would recommend Great NW construction to everyone. They replaced 4 of my fence posts and then reassembled the fence. Their work was superb. You will not find a nicer, more professional group of guys. Jose is THE MAN to call !!!!

Jose is completing two sections of sidewalk removal and replacement due to tree root damage. The removal went perfectly - on time and the area was cleaned up. He will replace the sections once another contractor finishes his tasks at which time I will post on the complete job. I could not be more pleased - Jose is a class act.
