I can not dissuade you from hiring this company strongly enough. Everything was fine until our stuff was on the truck and then it flipped. The estimate was way off. Now I will take responsibility for some of that, but the driver explained to me that the estimates for basic things like beds were just not accurate. Maybe the mattress and box spring would fit that square footage, but not the rest of the bed components. Even that I was ok with. I imagine it would be the same with any company. But then I was introduced to their dispatch manager and what turns out to be the company manager (same person). There is a reason he is hidden until the end. We spoke two days before the move and he simply ignored our conversation. I don t want to say he lied because lying suggests caring. He simply does not care at all about customers, just making money. I explained to him on Tuesday before the move I would not be at the destination until Saturday at 4. We ll work with you was the response. After everything was in the truck and movers left he tells me the delivery will be between 8-10 Saturday. When I explain to him I will not be there the repose was a bullying rant about how I needed to get a lawyer, it will be $150/hr while they wait for me and I needed to get a friend or family member to receive the goods. Mind you this would only be the second time I have ever set foot in the location. Angry texts and more absolute disdain for customers getting in the way of his plans ensued. I did get a lawyer and she reviewed the contract. There is nothing anywhere I signed that discusses I would be charged if I was not at the destination at a time they dictated. It may be hidden in some tariff I never saw, but I think I could get Joe Pesci from My Cousin Vinny to successfully litigate this claim. Seriously- do you want to deal with this? It s almost like he thought I was working for him. I cannot tell you the headache and stress this caused for absolutely no reason other than this guy driven focus to make a buck over everything. Absolutely the worst customer service experience of my life. And this is the guy in charge. Too bad- he has good people working for him who knew this was wrong but we are powerless to help. In the end, our stuff got to the destination quickly- the 2 member crew worked hard and wrapped things carefully. And I am sure I paid a fair price. But do you want to go through this?

They were a huge help in my move. The truck was packed and organized, they disassembled/reassembled items with care and wrapped delicate items. I felt they were always conscious of the time and worked very quickly. I would definitely hire them again.

We were very impressed with the whole experience! The movers took care of our things as if they were their own. They were very professional, yet friendly, they displayed great work ethics and didn't waste a moment of time getting us into our new home. I have recommended them to everyone who asked about our move.

Our move was seamless, despite a downpour and moving at the start of the coronavirus epidemic. Rose was helpful and reassuring through the whole process and the moving crew was friendly, efficient and professional. We did have a few things that weren't well packed and ended up breaking (small nick nacks) Great Nation had us file a claim to make it right. We would use Great Nation again and recommend them to friends.

Great experience with Great Nation Moving! They were on time and very professional! The workers made sure to wrap all of my furniture to avoid scratching/dirt. They moved very quickly and asked where I wanted each item. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

This company is a ripoff waiting to happen. I dont know who would give them anything higher than the 0.5 rating that is the absolute minimum. I had to to fill in something, otherwise they would have a received a zero from me! They raised the price twice, which should have been enough to warn me off. I signed three sets of paperwork. If there is damaged or missing goods, you will receive no more than $0.60 per pound...UNLESS you pay an additional insurance type fee...mine was $16K, which i did not pay. If you pay some one good money (over $13k), you expect to receive it in good condition on the other end. Well my new dining room set was severely damage as well as several other pieces. My first shipment was about 2/3 of my belongs, missing over 35 boxes and items. In the end, I was still missing 16 boxes and items, including my 55 inch tv. If you know how much a newer tv weighs at 60 cents a pound, i wasnt getting much! definitely not a replacement. Stick with the large companies, with experience!

David and his colleagues did a fabulous job moving the contents of my home. They arrived on time-got to work immediately, moved everything with extreme care-packed the truck expertly. It was the easiest move I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend this team!

The Movers arrived at the appointed time, with all the necessary equipment for the job. They were clean and courteous. They went about their work in a very timely manner. All-in-all,a very professional job, by very professional personnel. I would strongly recommend their services.

Great moving team with very affordable pricing. The movers were able to get all furniture and belongings moved in very reasonable time. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing help moving for a great price.
