We had a lot of drywall repair that remained from a recent plumbing project and this crew came in and did a great job. It was a very hardworking crew from start to finish and they did a terrific job with the cleanup. It was very messy and labor intensive and the amount of work required was even more than I realized. The completed work is great and I would definitely recommend Great Scott Services. I’m sure we will be working with them again on future projects.

Great Scott did a bang up job. Terry was very helpful in locating and specifying the correct type of exterior door. After the door arrived his team did a very nice job removing the existing door and installing the new one. They were knowledgeable and efficient. Also did a good job cleaning up when finished.

After the job was done I found later that he did not finish and didn't use the insulation and didn't use the mud over the drywall and smooth it out. The sheetrock didn't match with what I have there and I had to hire someone else to fix it and it's still uneven from the work that Scott did. They left all the garbage from the work they did do and I had to hire another company to haul that away.

"Mr Henry, In response to your unfavorable review. I take my work seriously and treat each of my customers with respect and constant deliver quality work as referenced by other reviews. I regret that you decided to post when I delivered exceptional customer service to you and your family. In your situation I recall performing all required work without so much as a deposit. Furthermore after the work was performed, I returned to your home 4 days after the project for payment which gave you plenty of time to look over the work. At this time you stated that you where happy and paid after you renegotiated the balance. I reluctantly agreed. Approximately 1 week later you called and wanted outlet covers installed which I gladly did, no charge. Finally you called after the work had been completed a month later and said that my work was unfavorable. I then asked for pictures of the unfavorable work. Mr Gibbs then sends me pictures of a wall that we did not work on. Mr Gibbs I appreciate your business but I'm not a fan of the extras. Good luck to you in your future endeavors."

Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early than we thought and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. I really appreciated how they worked when I was able to be home. Terry Scott was always pleasant to deal with even when I would change my mind. If something wouldn't work as planned, such as the backsplash along the bathroom sink, he & his crew would have suggestions ready before asking my preference. I love the larger shower space & the new look to my small master bathroom!
