Mike was very nice. He explained everything he was doing and had me look at what he was doing. My son is in the Army and Mike gives military discounts which helped with the price. He took his time finding the septic covers and cleaning two pools out. He cleaned up when he was done. Mike even placed the sections of grass he removed back in place. I could barely tell he d dug such a large hole. I would use Great South Bay Environmental again and I definitely recommend him.

Very easy to schedule. Mike also works on Saturday. I got a waiver for the first-time customer, to waive the fee for locating the septic tank. Mike is very professional and has given some advice for maintenance.
