Window Cleaning
Great Touch showed up as scheduled. Begin washing windows of basement-plus-two-story house by hand, as their pressure washer was broken. Another team came with pressure washer, however did not clean any of back side windows. Assuming they did, it was a few days later that this came to my attention. I contacted GT and Misty came by to see my concerns. She agreed it all needed redoing and team would return with necessary equipment. That hasn't happened. I contacted GT several times, with no response. Finally GT responded to my text and scheduled a day the last week in June. Did not show up and has not responded to my many texts since. I am very disappointed as, in the beginning, my communications with Misty seemed positive. I consider this not resolved. July 11, 2018

Deck or Porch - Repair
Very disappointed. We paid them and they were supposed to come back out to finish deck when the rest of the supplies came in. I tried reaching them and phone was disconnected. The part of of the deck they completed not all the screws were put in. Many were skipped. They were supposed to come out several times and didn't show.

"Had all of the material that the customer ordered and provided shown up the job would have been completed in fully 100 % and I do believe that you would have been satisfied. Sorry that we are a small business and like most people, we live paycheck to pay check. Had you tried just a bit harder by sending a email or another way of contacting me I would have responded . We did this project ridiculously cheap and we also did the other task in and around your yard to help out with the projects your husband already had going. We are more then willing to come out and complete your project now that you say that all supplies are finally delivered. They obviously have not been in long, my phone was off less then 48 hrs. I have now texted your phone 3 times letting you know I received your rating here and letting you know that we are more then willing now you have the correct material to complete to come and finish the job. We are not the kind of business that just runs and hides when the complaints arise. Thank you hope to hear from you soon. And have a wonderful weekend!!!!"
