Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Owner did not Have sheet metal for front porch roof delivered as promised for job it was a lie. Owner had no materials for project had to use some of my tools. Did not follow my instructions for the work Cut hole in front porch roof stated he could fix leak by patching ruin my plywood I done water test after leaks worse. damage roof on my mobile home walking on it leaking in kitchen above light into home left yard in a mess. Very dissatisfied!

Sam was very late by 4 hours getting to the house, once he got there he did not have the correct insulation that was agreed on. When I questioned him he got rude and we got into a little missunderstanding on both our parts. Sam had trouble with the blower not keep the hose attached and one time when it blew off it shook my wall and cause a book shelf to fall and break some of my marble chess peices, which he did not offer to replace or pay for. Sam was nice in the fact that he agreed to make payment arrangements with me, however I was not satisifed with the product he use, I wanted the white higer grade and he brought Pink Panther !!!.

E-mail address was wrong an business card. Three man crew turned into him and his wife. Didn't bring ladder for installing roof vent (3 story house) Broke slate roof tiles by walking on them. Took a week and 5 e-mails, 3 phone calls to get a paid in full invoice. I'm not sure we got what we paid for.

"Customer gave us a bad check and he wanted an invoice to say paid in full it took us a week to get paid and he wanted us to give him a discount or he will give us a bad rating we don't do that kind of business and that's the only customer that we had that trys to get something like that."

We had insulation applied throughout our attic, Geat Value Insulation arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner, with minimal mess. They also paint several of our attic vents and they look great!! We are happy with the job!!
