"Our side of story. We believe we did a good job. There was a light string of debris on outside of gutter on upper left side. She asked if we would pull the ladder out again to accommodate what the wind would if blown away. We neutrally took to removing the string of debris on outside of gutter. We raked the leaves from bushes, bagged the leaves, and blew all the leaves off driveway that were there and not from gutters and not from the gutters. It was a same day job so we did asks for payment after job was done. We have no recollection of breaking lights and she did call about them. We fell away from getting in touch from her. Our mistake to have list touch. We did not hear from her again. Thought they may have realized we may not have broke the lights. The lights are the only possible legitimate complaint in our eyes."

"There was weekly communication. Initially I turned the project down because of size of project but was helpful in giving a range of what it would cost. She then asked me what I would charge to do the work. I quoted a price of what my normal range would be and I'm guessing it was a lot lower than other estimates. Because she called me asking me to do the project. I am not set up with receiving full roofing projects. We may do a small walkable roof now n then. We generally do repairs. She strongly requested for us to do the job. I gave it thought and made it clear that these projects can take me awhile. She said no problem, I am super patient. I told her we would need to hire a crew. So I took the job with those caveats. So my first crew didn't meet the requirements. Then I was going to do it myself but started having knee issue. I kept up communication with her all the way. We did 95% of garage roof and have materials for main roof. We have landed a solid crew and our scheduled to finish it within the week. Unfortunately the challenge of hiring good crews is real. After making arrangements with new crew they disappeared. Since then have completed finishing touches on garage roof which is now complete. Have also added $600 goodwill value with installing a new window and repairing siding. We are in works with setting a meeting with Nancy and the new crew. weather permitting we are slated to start the main roof week of November 5th."
