Josh was prompt, professional and did great work repairing our floor

Josh from Great West File was an excellent choice for our project. It was a smaller repair project that I could not get others interested in because of the size. He was prompt in his communication with me during the bid process and equally so once he was chosen to do job. He arrived when he said he would, did excellent quality of work, cleaned up thoroughly when done, and was very pleasant to work with during the whole process. Will definitely use him if I have future tile projects!

We were very pleased with the work that Josh did on our bathroom floor tile. It was a complicated job. Plumbers had to jack-hammer around the toilet in order to replace an underground pipe that had been infiltrated with tree roots. Several tiles had to be broken during this process in order to get at the pipe. The plumbers left & 2 days later, Josh was on the scene to level the cement. He then removed all the broken tiles & replaced with tiles that we luckily had on hand. His work was very precise and very efficient. This is the second time I have used Great West Tile Creations, the first was two years ago. If you are looking for fast in and out job, Josh is not the man for you. If you are looking for good quality work at an affordable price, Great West Tile Creation is the place! Every tile laid and every cut is to perfection and that takes him a little longer. He has great ideas and worked with me close until the job was completed. You will be very satisfied of the end result!

I needed a repair for cracked floor tiles. Josh was able to do the work promptly. He is very professional and takes pride in his work. His pricing is reasonable and had the repair done in no time. The results were amazing...couldn't tell that the tiles had been replaced. I highly recommend him. I give him a perfect score of 10!!!

This was a great experience! Josh is a perfectionist! His work is top notch and he takes great pride in his work. I put off this repair as I was concerned about getting ripped off or having a 2nd rate job performed. Josh took great care not to damage any existing tiles, showed me the problem, explained what he was going to do - and did an outstanding job. You could never tell there was an issue. He is more than reasonable! I highly recommend him!

Joshua promptly answered my first phone call. He came out the same day to look things over and give us an estimate. Talk about flexibility, honesty, professionalism, competitive rates and outstanding state of the art work. I couldn't be any happier. Josh replaced 12 ceramic tiles, cleaned it thoroughly, stained and sealed the grout. As a result, my kitchen floor looks brand spanking new, brighter and bigger. He is definitely a keeper and would re-hire him in a flash. He is very knowledgeable. He gave us pointers on how to maintain the floor and keep it looking new. Thank you Josh! Joshua was super. He arrives on time, cleans up and always asks if the homeowner is satisfied as the project evolves. His work ethic, knowledge of tiling and design is something not seen very often. Joshua tackled a very challenging kitchen island and backsplash that presented many problems....however Joshua took his time and in the end it looked absolutely wonderful. I was so impressed with this young man and the fact that he is always communicating with the homeowner while he is working. He is very diligent and reliable, always eager to please the homeowner. Joshua was everything you hope to find when hiring someone for a job to do. He was great throughout the whole project communicating and staying in touch during the process. He offered a very reasonable quote for services and stuck to it. He was polite and thoughtful to myself and my tenants. Josh did a great job of replacing tile against a new door threshold where there was a gap after installation of a new door and replacing a loose tile in the hallway using old stock I had on hand. Matched the grout perfectly. Was very respectful of our home and kept the mess to a minimum. Would useGreat West again without reservation
