Fantastic and timely service from good people. Pricing was reasonable, which was not true for many of the other quotes I received. If requiring professional help with plumbing can ever be a good-thing, it will be with these guys.

Next day service, started before business hours, worked efficiently. Showed up with a waterheater that wouldn't fit in my narrow boiler room, but had not problem running out to get a more suitable size. took the time to makesure I knew my way around the new waterheater and answered any questions I had when done.

They quoted $475.00 to fix a clogged kitchen sink and replace faucets. I thought this was high, but I was desperate to get the work done and my regular Plummer was out of town. Pete was prompt and professional. After 2 and 1/2 hours, we found out that the problem was in the "guts" of the faucets. He spike with the faucet company for 5-10 minutes and I must wait for parts. So, Pete could not finish the job. I was charged $300.00 for the work he did since he said he had spoken with that company, plus the work. He will charge $200 to come back, plus the remaining $175.00. I will wait for my guy.
