I contacted them specifically because my parents recently used Voda for their carpet cleaning needs in East Texas last week, and the technicians out there did an incredible job removing numerous stains that had been there for years. Absolutely blown away by the quality of work. He cleaned my area rug, stairs, four bedrooms, hallway, loveseat, sofa, and recliner, and everything looks brand new again. There were stains I honestly thought were permanent, and he got them completely out. What really stands out is the attention to detail and pride in his work. Nothing was rushed, everything was explained clearly, and every area was done right. The carpets feel fresh, the furniture looks amazing, and the whole house smells clean—not chemical, just truly clean. Chris came over and explained the process in detail, he took the time to answer all of my questions. He only recommended the services I needed, and when I asked about one of his services that would have cost me extra he said that since I won’t see any additional benefits from it he doesn’t recommend I opt for it. Chris is a man of integrity and he puts his money where his mouth is. 100% would recommend.
