I've been having Marc (Greater Lansing Heating and Cooling LLC) out for routine service for about 15 years. I appreciate that he is very knowledgeable and takes the time to do a thorough job at a great price.

Mark was very informative and did the job in one day. The air works great! The only reason I didn't give him all 5s is because we found our smart thermostat at Home Depot for $79 after Mark charged us $225. To be fair, he did give us the option to go get it ourselves. Had we realized the savings, we would have.

Mark did a great job making sure my oil furnace is tuned up and ready to go when winter weather hits.

Mark is a true professional. I hired him to install a new Central AC and Furnace. Make was prompt in coming out and giving me an estimate. He was very helpful in making suggestions to save me money. I bid the project with three installers. He wasnâ t the highest bidder nor was he the lowest, but I am absolutely certain he was the best! On installation day he was certain to get the AC running before he left for the day. This was on the heels of a week where we expected some 90+ degree days. He came back a week later to wrap up the furnace installation. The new install works awesome and Iâ m absolutely delighted with the work he did. It is rare to find true professionals who are also just very nice guys. Mark is one and I would highly recommend him to you.

Mark did a great job in recommending and installing our replacement a/c system. He was on time and finished the installation promptly. Unfortunately his helper was ill and he had to do everything himself that day. Mark gave us a great price on the unit and installation. It was less than a week from quote to installation. When he finished the job you wouldn't have known he had been here, except for the beautiful new a/c unit. I highly recommend Greater Lansing Heating & Cooling for all your heating or cooling needs.

The service man showed up on time and very quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the part I needed on his truck and installed it quickly. I thought the charges were very fair and highly recommend them!

He came out within a half hour after talking to him. He had a unit in stock and it was installed within 2 days, on a Saturday, unlike another company we had out said it would be 3 weeks. Very personable and knowledgable. He did a geat job, everything was cleaned up when he finished. We would definitely hire him again and plan to have him do our yearly maintainance on our furnace and AC.
