I used Good Greek as recent as Sunday, April 25, 2021 and the service was horrible. At the end of the day I considered my move the move from hell;. The move began with the movers putting a hole in the wall in the master bedroom of the house I was moving out of. Of course this was not good since I was selling and closing on the house the following week. Then when the movers reached the new house I was moving into, one of the movers complained about having to carry my furniture upstairs and had the audacity to suggest customers should not pack boxes to the full capacity. Upon the movers unloading my furniture of the truck, new furniture I had recently purchased was broken, my Samsung flat screen TV was scratched thoroughly, my bedroom suite drawer chest was also scratched thoroughly. The movers did not know how to disassemble and reassemble fine furniture such as my Bernhardt dining room set and my Kevin Charles four poster bed. Handling fine furniture is definitely not the expertise of Good Greek movers. When the movers uncovered my furniture they had wrapped, all my furniture pieces were dirty. Not dusty from the cloth wrapping but down right dirty. One of the movers handled my furniture extremely carelessly. I called the office of Good Greek at least five times on the day of my move regarding the poor quality service I received. I am currently awaiting a response to a claim I submitted for the damage to my furniture. The move was by far the worst move I have ever had. I will not use Good Greek ever again even if it is free.

They packed and loaded and delivered on all promises. I will definitely use them for my future move to Florida.

Wow. Buyer beware. These guys will sell you a bunch of emptiness. We moved three miles and needed 2 nights storage. The sales estimator told us no worries, one 26 ft truck, a couple of guys, and we got it. He also told us that anything we did not have time to pack, they would pack for us. Though there was a little kitchen packing, everything else was done by me...with a broken leg! Yes, they wrapped and protected all the furniture. Good! As they loaded the truck, they quickly ran out of room and had to repack. Then they still ran out of room and had to call for another truck. Then comes the nightmare. We had to delay delivery by a day. I explained to the scheduler our situation and asked for a late delivery. We waited for the day before call to let us know when. I finally had to call to ask. I was told 7am-10am. Not what I asked for. I again explained to an uncaring middle management person who told us that an afternoon delivery on the same day would cost us another night of storage! Read that again....a five hour delay would cost another storage fee. Really? Storage was explained to us as an overnight fee. Ok, fine...do what you have to do. We show up at our house at 6:50am. No truck. We finally called at around 11:30 and learned delivery window was 12-2pm. Really? Who changed it? Why were not we notified. So here come the trucks. They unload in a scurry of chaos, not grouping boxes by their room markings, the king bed frame was not put together correctly (boom that evening), and when all was unloaded, here comes a supervisor in a van bringing quite a few items of ours. Really? These were forgotten? Why were they offloaded at the warehouse? Hmmmm....I wonder what else was and for gotten that we do not know about yet because we are in box hell. You may listen to the Good Greek on tv ads all you want, but he does not clearly represent the practices and processes of his business. I support diversity but if your workers cannot understand or speak English, they should not be interacting with English speaking customers. Middle management of this company has NO understanding of service. They are the ones who crunch the numbers and drive the unprofessional atmosphere. And no, company reader of this review, I will not call your customer service manager. If you want to speak about this, you call me! No recommendations to anyone on this business!

I am so impressed with this moving company. Not only were they on time, but their truck was so clean. It looked like a brand new studio apartment. The crew was very efficient and worked really hard in the hot FL heat. I will definitely use their services again and will be referring them to all my friends and family that want a quality move.

So glad I called Good Greek. The entire crew followed all of the Covid-19 guidelines which was such a relief for myself and my family. They were prompt, efficient and none of our items were damaged. I will definitely use their services again.

We scheduled our move with Good Greek from FL to NC. The price was very good considering the amount of furniture being moved (4 bedroom house). We asked if they could pick up items we had in storage the day before they were to load up our house. After loading up from our storage units, they asked if they could start on the house, which I agreed to. Everything went smooth that day. The next day, a different crew showed up to finish the packing loading. They were late showing up (we expected them at around 8 am, but they did not arrive till about 10), my wife I had to help packing in order to try & leave at a reasonable time. We did not leave the house till almost 7 pm (much later than we wanted). On move in day, they were again late (we expected them around 9 and they arrived around 1pm). They did not leave till after 10 pm that night. The next day, when we started unpacking, we noticed how and well some items were packed. Pictures were just shoved into a box with no protection whatsoever. Many picture frames were chipped and/or the glass broken. An antique porcelain relief was snapped in half when items were just thrown on top of it. Somehow, they lost the tops to two cookie jars that my wife collected. Many pieces of furniture were chipped or otherwise damaged. We have filed a claim for 45 items, but at 60 cents a pound, I seriously doubt that will cover more than two picture frames

Great job from beginning to end. I have moved several times and used several companies. I will now continue to use Good Greek from now on. I have a lot of oversized furniture and these guys were total professionals. A couple former college football players were able to handle a 500 pound safe and an enormous armoir down 2 levels of stairs with ease. Everything was padded and wrapped as promised by our sales rep Billy, who was also helpful and available throughout the entire move. Absolutely no damages whatsoever. Very polite guys. Courteous staff. Jenna and Austin at the office were a pleasure to work with. I will highly recommend them to anyone. A big Thank You to the team at Good Greek !!!
