Green Acres installed a pond-less waterfall replacing an old scummy pond with waterfall. The new feature exceeded expectation in every respect. The crew were curious, friendly, and eager to please us in the design and implementation. They worked until the job was done to our pleasure and not once did we get the feeling that they were rushing based on a schedule. The only ding I would give is in communication. They did not communicate when they were coming and there were some skipped days. It would have been nice to know that they would be working on those days. Other than that I highly recommend this company UPDATE: I have lowered my rating of this company based on customer service. The contract also included the removal of a dead ash tree. It has now been 3 months since the contract was signed and the tree is still standing. Repeated calls to Green Acres have not resulted in action to remove the tree

Kenny Thomas and the company, Green Acres Irrigation and Lighting, have been terrible with communications, broken promises and they have ignored the fact that the work we paid for ended up to be so shoddy that the dam they built has breached, causing a threat to our pond, aquatic livestock and neighboring property downstream.
