The guys came in and went straight to work. Very satisfied with the job they did. Will not hesitate for o use again.

Sloppy. Forgot some of their equipment, Left our home with the air conditioner disabled and it took 2 calls to get someone to fix the mistake they made. Left an upstairs room with a tarp on the. bed. They sprayed some brownish fluid that has left almost like a shadow on a couple of our stainless appliances. If the simple things aren't completed properly, how do I know the real job..up in the attic..was done properly. BEWARE,. The salesman, Kai was fantastic but everything after him left much to be desired.

I had an outstanding experience with this company from start to finish. Their customer service is truly exceptional. Every interaction was professional, courteous, and attentive. The service team treated my home with the utmost respect, taking care to protect my interior and ensuring everything was left spotless. They were polite, patient, and thorough, making the entire process smooth and stress free. Highly recommend. This was customer service done right!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. The company canceled my original appointment just three hours before arrival. While inconvenient, I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. During the service visit, they identified mold and recommended additional work to address it. I relied on their expertise and approved all the repairs they recommended. Unfortunately, the work was not performed correctly and resulted in over $1,000 in additional damage that I had to pay to have properly fixed. I requested a refund to cover the damage caused by their mistake and was told a manager would contact me. I never received that call. What concerns me most is not just the initial cancellation or even the improper repair ? mistakes can happen ? but the lack of accountability and follow-through afterward. We hired them to clean the AC vents in the house. Albert arrived on time with a good attitude. He got right to work. He showed us the dirt and filth in the vents. I had no clue they were that bad. All clean when he was done. Air is now fit to breathe in the house again. I recommend them.

The technician did not inspect the chimney and guaranteed that it was ready for use. When we started a fire, the rooms filled with smoke. A technician from another company noted the chimney was covered with a metal cap that prevented the smoke from exiting the fireplace. When we attempted to address the problem the Fresh Air Duct Cleaning supervisor was very impatient, rude, abrasive and insulting. She should find another line of work.

This may have been one of the worst interactions that I have ever had with a business. I was calling around inferring about having my ducts cleaned and talked to about 4 companies. Fresh Air Ducts stood out due to price as well as how they sold their process versus their competitors. Later that night they actually texted me offering an additional 10% off the price quoted. I called them back the next day to verify the pricing with the 10% discount which they did confirm, and I chose to use them setting up an appointment the following week. Later that day one of the competitors which I had spoken to earlier called me back and I informed them I was going with Fresh Air Duct Cleaning which they warned me against informing me they would not honor the price and upsell me. I did not think anything of it as them trying to get my business by badmouthing their competitor, which proved to be a mistake on my behalf. The next day Fresh Air Duct called and said they could not honor the appointment which they set up, this was the first sign of things to come. I however informed them that was the only time I had available due to travelling, so they said they would try and make it work. Victor their serviceman did show up at the appointed time, however the price he tried to charge me was 93% higher than they not only quoted but confirmed the next day. Victor then said he had to get some supplies, and he would return, however he never came back nor did he call. Late that evening, Jenny the Op's Manager called me and apologized and rightfully threw Victor under the bus, informing me she had listened to my recoded call with them and the price I had stated to Victor was correct and they should have honored it. She said she would reach out to me the next day to right the wrong. She not only did not call me back as she said, even when I called her and left her messages, she would not return my calls. A couple of days later I did talk with Avery who said she would make sure they honored the quoted pricing, and she set up an appointment for the following week. The next week Pablo, who said he was a manager came and said he would honor the pricing, however 10 minutes later he said the vents looked to dirty and they would only clean the vents if I bought another package which was much higher as an add on. The issue is that Victor had already come out and said the service I asked for would work, he just wanted me to pay more for it. So again, they came out, inflated the pricing or refused to honor the agreed upon service unless I paid more and paid for a higher package. I should have listened to the competitor who had gained business from other customer who had similar stories. I cannot speak to the quality of the service as they never performed it, however I can speak to the lack of integrity this company has at all levels. I would advise you to skip them when looking for a provider so that you can establish a credible relationship with a provider who is looking to provide a great service at a price which they stand by. Fresh Air Duct seems to only care about getting as much as they can out of you and will not even perform the work unless you agree to be upsold. My advice is stay away from this company, as the customer is far from their priority.

A bit costly, but they fixed my issue and did a deep cleaning on my Dryer Vent the same day. They did great work on resealing my dryer vent duct to the roof cap. Wonderful Job for sure. See two before and one after photo attached.

These guys did a fantastic job! They were prompt, friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.They answered all my questions and explained the process of what they were doing.I would definitely recommend them! I am so thankful for Fresh Air Duct Cleaning company! I will use them again if needed!
